We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator for a Music publishing company in Harlow. It is a 12 months contract, but could lead to a permanent position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Proof reading of marketing information (catalogues/brochures)
- Dealing with customer enquiries regarding publications, orders
- Setting up and maintaining records for customer database entry and item stock control
- Updating customer stock data
- Preparation and entry of fortnightly airfreight and sea-freight orders
- Liaise with FMD warehouse team regarding status of incoming or outgoing shipments
- Preparation and entry of weekly Digital print orders
- Preparation and entry of purchase orders
- Prepare Reports for ‘lost’ and ‘back’ orders
- Administration, invoicing and Processing of account orders
- To manage PayPal account and other website payments
- Attendance when required at Tradeshow events
- Prepare sales reports and invoices for publishing partnerships such as Dogs and Birds and Piano Safari
- Maintain daily/monthly sales reports
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Perform other duties as assigned
RECUIREMENTS
- Knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office; including Excel and Access
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage information and data efficiently and
effectively
- Good communication skills: both oral and written
- A high level of interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be able to work in a professional manner with colleagues and staff
- The ability to carry out work with the minimum of supervision, decide priorities, and use initiative
- A willingness to learn new computer software packages (training will be given) and use
them effectively
- To be adaptable and flexible and to enjoy working as part of a team
